By enrolling in our membership plan, you will get valuable discounts on dental services and preventative coverage. The best part, no insurance limitations!

Membership plans are available for patients without insurance. Patients receive a discount for pre-paying for their yearly preventive care and a discount if they need additional dental treatments.

Adult Plan

• 1 Basic hygiene cleaning every 6 months(up to 2 per year)
• 2 exams per year
• Annual bitewing xrays
• 1 Panorex or FMX x-ray every 3-5 years
• Oral cancer screening with cleaning
• 2 fluoride treatments per year
• 15% off additional treatment (excludes ortho, products, or whitening)

$399/year (savings of over $180)

Perio Plan

(for patients with gum disease)

• 1 Periodontal maintenance every 3-4 month (up to 3 per year)
• 1-2 exams per year
• Annual bitewing xrays
• 1 Panorex or FMX x-ray every 3-5 years
• Oral cancer screening with cleaning
• 2 fluoride treatments per year
• 15% off additional treatment (excludes ortho, products, or whitening)

$649/year (savings of over $210)

We bill to all PPO, Premier, and Medicare dental insurance. Please call our office for more details on how your specific insurance benefits work at our office.
